Overruled is a party card game by App Empire. This policy describes what information the mobile app handles. Short version: we don't want your data — we want you to stand on one foot and talk in a movie-trailer voice.
The app uses Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics (such as which screens are opened and general device information like model and OS version). This helps us understand how the game is played and improve it. We do not collect names, email addresses, contacts, photos, or precise location, and the app has no user accounts.
Card pack purchases are processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details.
Cards you write in the app are stored only on your device. If you use the QR-code sharing feature, card text is transferred directly between devices on your local network and is not sent to us.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information. Anonymous analytics are retained by Firebase per Google's standard retention settings.
